The store did a community ride a few weeks ago. I joined in and had a GREAT TIME!!! Brian the tech, and Rodney the store manager gave demonstrations on basic bike maintenance. Both guys were SO GREAT!!! I highly recommend this shop! I can’t wait to get an electric assist bike, and Trek is just where I’ll go! Friendly and knowledgeable. A must check out if you’re close!

Awesome sales associates and the bike mechanic was super helpful teaching me how to change a tire on a belt bike with internal gear hub. Bought a Trek District 4 and nobody else anywhere near here had it in stock.
My experience with Trek in Melbourne was 5 stars from beginning to end! I mainly worked with Antonio who’s extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to find the perfect size bike and get me the color I wanted. I also spoke to Rodney as well who was very informative and stopped what he was doing to help me out. My bike came in and was built fairly quick to spec and rode as it should! I had an exceptional experience and will absolutely continue to do business here! I had an issue with my tires wearing out at 30 miles; a brand new Catrike. I called the Melbourne store and they said bring it in. I arrived and was met at the door by Ben. He knew what the problem was just by my telephone description; my two front wheels were out of alignment. He corrected it on the spot and sent me on my way. In and out in less than 20 minutes. I left with two new tires and the tools to make the tire change at home. No charge, of course. I didn’t want to wait any longer as I wanted to ride that night so I elected to do it at home. Oh yeah, did I tell you I arrived at the store at closing? Yep, they still saw me! The trike was completely corrected and rode like a champ!!! Thanks to all the staff at Davids and especially to BEN!!! Bravo Zulu!!!
Trek Shop in Melbourne for me has to be the best shop I’ve visited to date, I’m 54 and been cycling since I was 11. These guys cannot do enough for you. Nothing was too much and put me at ease when buying my Madone. Incredible service and patience shown by all the staff. I have loved trek as a brand for many years, my first "real" mountain bike was a Gary Fisher Sugar 3+ (which I still own from 2003 ish I think). The more I learn about the brand and the products the easier it is for me to see the benefits of them over direct to consumer brands. That 30 day love it or we will take it back is amazing! The hospitality in store is top notch. Trek and their brands have always been top tier go to recommendations from me.
